If you want us to arrange accommodation for you

This year, it will be available at the Miroslav Krleža Croatian School and Dormitory, approximately a 10-minute walk from the workshop venue.

Please place accommodation requests for only one person per cart.

Please book accommodation ONLY AFTER you have paid the workshop participation fee (i.e., after you have registered).

Practical advice for ordering accommodation

The system is currently a bit complicated and not particularly user-friendly, so please follow the steps below carefully.

After placing 1 administrative fee item (1000 HUF) in your cart, continue shopping and add the dormitory night “product” to your cart as well.

In the cart, adjust the number of nights.
(If you stay from Monday through Sunday, that’s a total of 6 nights.) After that, update the cart.

If you are a facilitator and you will stay in the dormitory, please

  • do not add the Sunday night before the workshop to your cart.
    (If you stay until Sunday, you should still only purchase 6 nights.)
  • During checkout, please indicate in the arrival date section that you will already arrive on the Sunday before the workshop. The cost of the Sunday night accommodation will be covered by the organizers.

Before payment, please make sure that:

  • there is exactly 1 administrative fee item in your cart,
  • you selected the correct number of nights,
  • and you provided all the information required for accommodation registration.

Information about the Accommodation

Address: 7624 Pécs, Szigeti út 97.

  • The dormitory rooms have 4 beds, a private bathroom, and a toilet.
  • The accommodation fee is 7600 HUF/person per night/night + a one-time administrative fee of 1000 HUF per person. (Local tourist tax – IFA – included.)
  • The dormitory will fill the rooms as efficiently as possible, so four participants will likely share a room.
  • Each floor has a separate kitchen area equipped with a stove and microwave oven. (Guests are expected to bring any additional kitchen items they may need, such as cups, plates, etc.)
  • A SPAR supermarket is located just a few minutes’ walk from the dormitory.
