We can do it this year at Laterum Dormitory – next to Laterum Restaurant.

The deadline for ordering accommodation is the 1st of August!

You can only order accommodation by adding the appropriate number of nights and a one-time administrative fee of HUF 500 to your shopping and then paying for it.

Please place an accommodation request for a single person only in one basket!

ONLY order accommodation if you have already paid the participation fee for the meeting! (You have registered.)

• The dormitory guest room has a 3-bed layout, which includes a shared bathroom and restroom.
• The price of the accommodation is 7,000 HUF / person/night, + a one-time administration fee of 500 HUF / person. (Given the event, no further tourism tax will be charged.)
• Most likely there will be three of you in one room. (No other option is guaranteed.)
• There is a separate kitchen on each floor. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a microwave oven. (Guest must take care of other kitchen equipment – glasses, plates, etc. – according to their needs.)
• The basic equipment of the rooms:
  • bed linen and cover provided (guest must provide towels),
  • Toilet paper and liquid soap are available in the restrooms.
  • The dormitory has a reception from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and a security guard service from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Therefore, arrival and departure should preferably take place during reception hours!
  • The room can be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
  • Meals were not provided in any of the PTE’s dormitories.
  • Parking in the parking lot in front of the dormitory is free, subject to availability, but it must be indicated at the reception and the registration number of the vehicle must be indicated on the guest registration form.
  • There are several grocery stores, restaurants, sports facilities, and pharmacies in the area.
  • The public transport stop is located 200 meters from the dormitory.
