The Program offered by the organisers is not to stick to under all circumstances; as long as the participants wish to make changes, all the opportunities they will have to do this. In general, the course of the meeting occurs as follows:
On Monday: early in the affternoon, starting from 13.30 does the registration take place. It is important for the participants to register themselves in time in order to occupy the accomodation, discuss eating habits in need, as well as to apply for small groups. The opening will take place within the confine of a standing reception at 5 p.m. where we warmly welcome all the participants. Following the opening ceremony, in  the evening, a playful form of get-to know-each other activity and a corporate social program are held.
From Tuesday to Saturday: every day do workshops of big group take place, that are going to be followed by a 30 minutes break. Between 11.30-13.30 workshops of small groups  take place; lunchbreak is between 13.30-14.30. Afterwards, between 14.30 and 16.00 there are going to be organised issue groups,  followed by a 30 minutes break. Between 16.30 and 18.30 small group workshop activities are going to be on. Dinner takes place from 18.30 until 20.00. after which, facultative programms such as cooking in marmite, dance – and music programs, relaxation await those people interested.
Big group workshop on Tuesday will be a purpose oriented one, which means that the group aims at making a purpose come  into a realisation (eg. Bringing on some kind of construction, or activity). The group will concentrate on this aim with all their effort.
On Sunday morning we will close the event by the contribution of farewell groups. There will be big workshops organised, though if it is requested, small workshops will also be held.
What is a small group?
The encounter’s main guideline is small group. Participants can register to the facilitator(pair)’s groups on the first day (on Monday or on Tuesday morning). Small groups consist of about 10-15 people. Groups formed on the first days won’t change during the week, and they will gather together twice everyday. In these groups, everything will happen according to what the participants want. There is no given theme, no bounderies, no expectations. Usually they are intensive self-recognition and social processes. For more information on encounter groups see: Carl Rogers - On Encounter Groups.
What is a large  group?
The encounter’s second main element is the large  group. Every morning all the participants will meet for 2 hours, and everything will happen according their needs: there are no bounderies, nor expectations. Large community groups does not necessarily have a facilitator – the group will decide on this. The interesting thing about large communty groups is that they cannot be experienced in this way ( in a person-centered way but without bounderies), only at an encounter like this.
What do we call a topic group?
The topic group is a one and a half hour long seminar-style event, which will be held at the same time every day. There will be many workshops at the same time in different rooms discussing different
topics. You can sign up for these prior on the spot. Each workshop will be repeated at least twice on two different days.During the workshop its leader presents a topic which will be discussed by the group together. The workshop can be practical as well - for example art-therapy.
Who can create a topic group? Who can be a topic group leader?
Each participant has the opportunity to hold workshops. If you intent to create one please let us know on your application form and please attach an abstract of your topic no longer than half a page until the 31st of May on the following e-mail address:
