This year, this will be possible at the location of the event, in the Szántó Dormitory, which overlooks the university courtyard.

The rooms are in blocks, meaning each block has two double rooms, a shared bathroom and toilet, and a kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a refrigerator.

You can purchase accommodation through this platform until August 1st at the latest.

Accommodation registration will close on August 1. We have agreed with the accommodation that ONLY those on the list we submitted on August 1 will have guaranteed accommodation as participants of the event.

You can only order accommodation by adding the appropriate number of nights and a one-time administrative fee of HUF 800 to your shopping and then paying for it.

Please place an accommodation request for a single person only in one basket!

• The price of accommodation is 8000 HUF / person/night, + one-time administrative cost of 800 HUF / person. (Due to the event, IFA tax will not be charged.)
• The dormitory fills the rooms, so you are almost certain to have a roommate! If you have a preferred roommate, discuss this with them and indicate your preference upon arrival, during registration, to be in the same room.
• The blocks have a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. Other kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.) must be provided by the guest according to their own needs.
• The basic equipment of the rooms:
  • bed linen and cover provided (guest must provide towels),
  • Toilet paper and liquid soap are available in the restrooms.
• The dormitory has a 24/7 foreign language reception.
• The room can be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
• The building has 4 elevators.
• Meals were not provided in any of the PTE’s dormitories.
• Parking in the parking lot in front of the dormitory is free, subject to availability, but it must be indicated at the reception and the registration number of the vehicle must be indicated on the guest registration form.
• There are several grocery stores, restaurants, sports facilities, and pharmacies in the area.
• The public transport stop is located 200 meters from the dormitory.
